RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered, in case you have

  • Received item(s) in a poor, damaged or mutilated condition
  • Received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized products which have been customized as per your requirements. We also do not accept products that are customized.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.
  • Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Any customized items 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • In order to get a full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 5,000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tampered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. Call or email our sales support immediately
